Terms of Service
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Splat (joinsplat.com and the Splat app). By joining the waitlist or creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Splat is software that helps you list, publish and manage products across third-party marketplaces and social channels. We do not buy or sell the goods. You remain the seller of record on every connected platform. Access to the product opens at launch. Until then the public site collects waitlist signups.
Accounts
You must be 18 or over and provide an accurate email. You are responsible for activity on your workspace, including connected marketplace and social accounts. Keep your password confidential.
Acceptable use
You must comply with UK law and with each marketplace and social platform’s rules. Do not use Splat for prohibited goods, fraud, spam, or to circumvent a platform’s terms. We may suspend accounts that put other sellers or the service at risk.
Third-party platforms
Shopify, eBay, Depop, Vinted, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other integrations are operated by those companies. Their availability, policies and outages are outside our control. Connecting an account authorises Splat to act on your behalf on that platform within the scopes you grant.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in GBP via Stripe. The public offer is £19.90 per month with a 14-day free trial. Founding members keep that price. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Publishing may be gated when a trial ends without a subscription. Existing listings stay live on the marketplaces.
Your content
You own your listings, photos and copy. You grant us a licence to host, process and transmit that content solely to operate the service (including publishing to channels you choose). We do not claim ownership of your catalogue or audience.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Liability
Splat is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost sales, marketplace fees, or actions taken by third-party platforms. Our aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or other liability that UK law does not allow us to limit.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may terminate for material breach. On termination we will stop publishing on your behalf; listings already live on marketplaces remain there until you (or the marketplace) remove them.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring a claim in your local UK court if you are a consumer.
